The ProsourceFit Acupressure Mat and Neck Pillow Set is an effective and affordable home remedy for muscle discomfort, stress, insomnia and more. The foam bed and thickness of the neck pillow have plastic needles covering thousands of acupressure points. Choose the regular acupressure mat with 8,910 acupressure points or the longer acupressure mat with 11,178 acupressure points. Acupressure therapy activates pressure points along your body’s meridian lines, stimulating and promoting healing. Ideal for muscle recovery during post-workout or during savasana at the end of a yoga session. Acupressure helps release tension in tight areas like the back, neck and feet.. The material is made of 100% cotton and plant-based eco foam which can be hand washed. The regular mat measures 26 1/2 by 16 1/2 inches and the longer version measures 51 by 19 inches. Both pillows are 14 3/4 by 5 3/4 inches.
