A: yes. All QFX portable speakers has the USB port for flash drives or thumb drives. you cannot connect external hard drives or laptops or computers or smartphones and tablets to retrieve data.
A: hi in regards to the Bluetooth range, it is very hard to answer. the range is about 30ft without obstacle. but there are concrete and walls between the stories. in regards to charging, the very first time or if the battery is TOTALLY empty, you need 4-6 hours to charge the unit fully. after that, 2-3 hours are enough to charge the unit if the battery is not fully empty.
