Customers are pleased with the battery life and the ease of use of the Rechargeable Lead Acid Replacement Battery Cartridge. The replacement battery itself gets five stars. I knocked the rating down a notch because BestBuy's description does not have the critical information I needed to select the correct battery. It doesn't include dimensions nor the type of terminals. It did not include my UPS model in the list of compatible APC models. I had to search information from other sources to be sure the RBC17 would fit my UPS. Installation was easy. Just be careful to not damage the terminals while disconnecting and reconnecting the wires.

Battery fit the APC unit perfectly. Plug the unit in and it maintains a charge to back-upt my computer. I would highly recommend this battery replacement.

This OEM replacement battery made my APC surge protector work like new. Installation was easy. Much less expensive than replacing the entire battery backup device.
