Q: I am a non-techie here. Can I use it to charge a cell phone and Apple?
A: You can charge up to 3 devices such as iPhones and iPad.
Q: Will it run a portal fan or will it only charge devices?
A: I believe everything with a usb cable can be charged, but there may be exceptions for the time it takes to charge if it is too big, but I have never tried to charge anything else, only my devices
