The camera is better as a double camera as it has a wide monitor so can see both babies clearly. Since it is wide, I don’t think it’s good as a single camera, and at first, it was difficult to get used to while driving. At night, although I can see both babies, it is not super clear so cannot tell if babies are sleeping or not. Also, the camera comes with a USB, and since my car has USB-C ports, I needed to buy an additional converter in order to use this camera. There are also a lot of wires, so had to buy additional wire clips to help keep car organized. I don’t have another car camera to compare it to, but overall find the camera easy to install/use and helpful but feel there may be better quality car cameras.

I was taken back by seeing videos of rear view mirrors searing holes in baby seats, merely missing those kids by inches. So it pushed me to instead get cams for my little one. Getting to the point, install took some time, like 45 min since I’m OCD about all the cables and wires. Comes with two cams hooked to one video monitor. You will NEED alcohol wipes of some sort to make it stick to your windshield if that is your choice of option to have the monitor mounted! Installed without alcohol and would not stick until I inquired customer support for a new mount. The nice feature is it’s able to go black and white upon low light but color when there is. However, the video screen gets washed out making it virtually impossible to view whenever sunglasses are worn. Other than that, no latency so it’s really nice to get realtime feedback. I’d just wish it had memory of the last video I had it on the subsequent times I turn my vehicle on, so I’m not constant switching camera feed everytime it’s turned back on. Otherwise solid cam system for your little ones. Hope this review helps you in determining your purchase! Just be prepared to have cords in your vehicle!!
