A: No. This model can only support 1 inside unit

A: Yes it does. Easy-to-use and set up.
Q: Does it plug into a 110 outlet?
A: Hello, thank you for the interest in our product. To answer your questions, you cannot plug this into a standard outlet. For a safe installation/operation we advice to pull a separated power line, with no other devices connected to it, from your breaker box. Q: Does BestBuy install it or have an installer?
A: You would need to ask Best Buy in your area if it has links to local installers. The fine print specifies the warranty is only good if the unit is "professionally installed." I already had lined up a friend to install my mini split. By the way, it works great and I love it.
