I made an online order and Best Buy sent me a used case! When I opened the shipping envelope I noticed that the packaging was already open and that there was a sticker that had been removed from the front. When i opened the packaging there were fingerprints all over my "new" case. Not happy at all, I'll be calling as soon as they open.

Overall, I'm very happy with this case. I love that the cover is easy to use, attach, detach, and clean. The 2 kickstands on the back are different lengths allowing me to prop the phone at 2 different angles. They are, however, a bit flimsy in that they pop off if I lean the phone a bit too hard. They are easy to reattach, though. The case is comfortable in my hand and doesn't increase the size of the phone much at all. The sides have a nice, gripping, rubberized material, but the back of the case is slippery, so I have to be careful when setting it in an uneven surface or it quickly slides off what I've set it on. The case is sturdy and thin but is thick enough that the camera lenses on the back of the phone are recessed and protected when setting the phone on a flat surface. I recommend this case.

I always buy Samsung cases for their phones. The rugged style protects the phone and is designed by Samsung for the S20 Ultra. It has a built in stand on the back. Rubberized type of grip which surrounds the side and top of the phone which grios really well. The only negative is the back of the case is made of a shiny plastic which you need to wipe down occasionally from smudges.

Came across this on sale at BestBuy and decided to give it a try. It looks classy, resembling aluminum cases by a German brand. Of course this one is actually plastic with rubber-sided bumpers. It does add a bit of bulk compared to the Tech21 case I have, but it also offers better protection to the camera housing and does not feel much heavier. The built in split kickstands (for two viewing angles) are nice, although they seem quite easy to break if careless. I cannot recommended this Samsung case to those who are using a magnetic phone holder (such as most designed for vehicles). Otherwise the fit and finish is high end as one expects from Samsung and it works fine with wireless charging. The glossy finish does make fingerprints obvious.

This case does its job. It protects my phone without being bulky. It has two kickstands. They pop-off easily, but can be put back on just as easy. And you can charge your phone wireless. My only complaint is that I wish it came in more colors. Currently, it only comes in silver and black.

I got one of these for my s10, so decided to get one for the new s20. I like it. You can wireless charge with the case on, which is a plus. The only negative to me, is the kickstand. It's not long or sturdy enough for this larger phone.

Excellent case, plastic feel on the back, but not slippery. Inside, sides, and front edges feel rubbery for better grip. Has two kickstands on the back to use to watch videos or prop up your phone. A little pricey, but an overall great case!

it is a good cover for your S20 Ultra, but for the $40 price tag. I was expecting more. It does give you plenty of grip on a very slippery phone. It also has 2 stands to prop it up and watch YouTube or movies. I just was expecting more

I purchased this item because I needed a phone cover badly and it was on sale. The one draw back is that the case apparently wasn't designed to include the bulge of the camera part of the phone because it doesn't cover the entire portion so a the upper right side edge kind of pokes out of the case. I have managed to drop the phone already on that side so it's safe to say that it did it's job!

The case is a good fit as it should be since its made by Samsung. It affords protection without a huge footprint. It also affords good protection from the massive camera hump! Not a fan of the gloss black but thats just a personal preference.

Did not use this as I purchased the wrong phone model....but did get the note 20 ultra model and since it's the same material I would def recommend. Sturdy case...great protection and the stands are great for viewing videos

It's good, but it's not "rugged" it feels like your traditional polycarbonate case with a few ridged lines on the back with two kickstands. I got this because I thought it would be nice to have a slimmer, protective case. I didn't care for the kickstands, which easily fall out, but easy to put back in. What the worst part is, if you're on social media alot, (Instagram, FB, Snap, etc...) My palm would touch the bottom screen causing the whole page to refresh. So if I found a good meme on insta and I wanted to save or like it, once I reached my finger to do so, my palm would press the home button and refresh the page. I was very sad and upset because now I have to scroll ALLLLL the way down to where I found that post. You know how hard that is? It takes forever. Not cool, Samsung. What I'm saying is, the case isn't good for one handed use... Choose wisely... Best of luck

Great case on protective side but kickstand is very weak and will snap off with least amount of pressure.also bad to leave fingerprints.would def go with the silver color over black.

OVER ALL I LOVED IT REALLY PROTECT MY PHONE AND PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED TO ALL MY FRIENDS WHOHAD THE S20 ULTRA PHONE.

Great case with a kick stand you can get it in small or large it helps when your watching videos

But like others have said the stands are a bit flimsy on this one. I had the same case for my Samsung s9+ and the stands were amazing on that. They should have made the stands a bit stronger. Apart from that, I love this case.

Great case. Looks good and is very protective. Love the kick stands. Very grippy.

This case looks professional yet has phenomenal multiple layers of protection. My previous case's side started to get worn out so it felt smoother and more likely to slip out of your hands. This case has a very grippy side that's less slippery even when your hands are wet. I would buy this case if it wore out again but ill probably be upgrading to a new device in a few more months..
