This fridge is sharp looking. From day one I used the bottom right panel as an additional refrigerator instead of a freezer. It is very convenient. The counter depth size looks good in my kitchen but be warned, it’s limiting in cubic feet. The features such as cool select and the door alarm are good for our needs. Also I’ve used the power cool after the door has been opened for long stretches - groceries and cleaning. That’s a great feature. After only a month I had a spill that dripped in the glass shelving and had to call Samsung. One hour later on the phone learned one row of shelves could not come out. This is an issue for me, as I am used to constantly cleaning the fridge and shelves. Perhaps I’d have chosen another model had I known. I still think they can be removed but I don’t want to risk breaking the plastic clips. Will keep trying to call Samsung for help and maybe can get an answer. Overall a pretty product which fit nicely and in my space .lots of extras... that was a big reason to buy it. Also it’s taller than most so measure your space before buying.

Of all the counter depth refrigerator freezers, this was the only 1 we saw with doors and drawers for the freezer area. This is a great feature compared to the single large freezer drawer which is useless with the shallow depth found in counter depth units. Nice build quality. Looks great.

This refridgerator is very user friendly. The 2 doors for the lower freezer make handling frozen foods so much easier to locate. With pull out drawers there is no stacking and moving frozen foods around constantly to find what you need. The pull out drawers help to see your product even if it stored all the way in the back. And the setup inside the refrigerated section makes it convenient for food storage and locating it at a later time. I love that there are no handles in the front. Keeps the grimy hands off the stainless steel and makes for easier polishing it when needed.

Absolutely love the build and finish of this refrigerator. Great engineering with its use of space. Not one inch is wasted, which makes it functionally larger than its actual size compared with others I looked at. You'll love it!

Bought the fridge to go with my new place and love it. The fridge has a nice black stainless steel finish and it looks amazing

Paid too much for this fridge! Only had it 6 months and the ice maker has frozen to a halt and not producing ice. Upon researching the matter, this issue has been known to Samsung for several years now with no fix! That’s unacceptable! Waiting for my first service visit and to be strung along like many other customers have been. Don’t buy it!!

We saved over $1000 on this refrigerator! It was perfectly fine with a couple of minor dents that get covered with our usual fridge items, coupons, pictures, report cards etc. Works perfectly. The only difficulty came with myself doing the waterline installation, I inadvertently hooked it up to a hot water line due to the jury rigged plumbing in our 120 year old house. Ooops!

Nice looking fridge, I like the counter dept size, only the doors stick out further than the counter, Like the fact that you can use the bottom right compartment as a fridge or a freezer. Very easy to set up with touch screen on door. Overall my wife and I are very happy with the purchase. The sales reps at Best Buy were great to work with.

I like the refrigerator but I had a difficult time setting the various compartmentsizes, but once I was able to get everything done, it's been a nice addition to my kitchen

happy with the purchase, the assembly is Korean good plastic inside, it works quietly.

Haven't installed this yet. It will sit in my garage until we remodel our kitchen. The features all are what we want.

I bought this fridge cos I needed an extra unit for all the food stuffs in my household. It looks good and works well.

Plenty of space, love the look of this refrigerator. A couple bins on left door are so small that there isn't much use. Otherwise I highly recommend.

Like the inverter technology. This product meets my expectations. Awesome design. Highly recommended.

DO NOT BUY!! Purchased for our new home in 2017 and bought geek squad protection... What a waste that is... Toward the end of our protection the ice maker had serious issues icing up the whole compartment. Do a Google search and you will see it's a known issue samsung refuses to fix from the factory. We turned it in, got it repaired, and it worked for 9 months. Now it's doing it again, and geek squad said it's not covered... This is probably the last time I buy an appliance from Best Buy or purchase geek squad for anything.

The main reason we bought this product was because it was "FINGERPRINT RESISTANT ", but this was not the case. My wife is very unhappy.
