Q: Will Magnets stick to the fridge?

Q: Do all the shelves of the refrigerator door hold cold temperature?

A: Very much so. I keep dairy and eggs on the showcase and they're just as cold as things in the back of the fridge. It's very handy.

Q: does it take around 3 to 5 seconds for ice to come out and when it does is it half crushed and half in cubes? also after you get water does a few more drops come out after you already moved the glass from underneath?

A: Yeah have noticed the same, a bit of learning curve. Previous refer was GE and the ice/water was basically immediate.

Q: Is there a plug or bypass to replace the regular water filter? I have a water softener/reverse osmosis system in my house. Is there a plug or bypass on this Samsung refrigerator so I don't have to use the filter?

A: Hi rhollen, you will not need to purchase any additional kits for this to work. You can bypass the water filter, by simply not installing it. ^Rosi

Q: How do connect to wireless

A: First of all, don't waste your time, the app is a complete and utter disappointment. Second, here's how you do it: Download the app from the app store for your phone, Samsung E-Smart is likely the best way to find it. Follow the directions once the app is downloaded. On the Fridge press and hold Fridge and Energy Saver at the same time for 3 seconds. At that point you should be set up, but sadly the app is a dud and you'll likely wish you'd have followed step one and not wasted 5 mins of your life. :)

Q: Lately this fridge has been getting too cold and items on the top shelf have been freezing. I did not change any settings. I adjusted the temperature by a few degrees higher for the fridge but that didn't help. Any advice? Thanks.
