    Super attractive!

This refrigerator was more than I could have imagined. The extra ice makers are such a nice option to have. The freezer space a bit smaller but, for our family, we don’t see much of an issue. It looks so fancy!

    Such a Mistake

This refrigerator was delivered April 30th and stopped working on May 16th. We contacted Samsung and they refused to help. Fortunately Best Buy is coming out, but I am so sorry I bought this. All of our food is bad and it is less than 3 weeks old. What was most disappointing is Samsungs lack of accountability. You can see the bag of ice is full of water and all food is defrosted.

    Modern sleek refrigerator

I love the sleek modern design. I love the two different kinds of ice and the bottom pull out drawers are convenient and hold a lot of food. Lots of space inside refrigerator. Good lighting inside. The shelf inside slides back to enable a taller gallon of milk .There are drawers on both doors for beverages. I gave it 4 stars because the last Samsung refrigerator I had …same model lost the refrigerant ant it could not be replaced. I love the model so much I purchased another one.

    I would recommend this refrigerator

This refrigerator works great. Has great Wi-Fi and options. Would like to see a larger drawer for the freezer in depth. Left door seal on the French door could be a little bit stronger. Otherwise this is a pretty good refrigerator hopefully will last a lot longer than my last one.

Questions & Answers

  • Is the middle drawer refrigerator or freezer? Or can i choose?

Hi LauraB, I'm glad to clarify what the middle drawer is on this Samsung refrigerator model. The middle drawer is the top freezer compartment where an ice maker is installed. It is not a FlexZone, where you can choose if it will function as a freezer or fridge. Leo

  • Can you just use the ice out of the door and turn off icemaker in the bottom drawer so you could use that half for freezer space?

Hi Meg, Yes, you can turn off the ice maker and use the ice dispenser on the door. However, it cannot be used as an extra space because it is designed only for the ice maker. Please see the "Ice Maker / Filter Reset" section on page 42 of the user's manual to help you turn off the ice maker.
