We picked up product from the store and when we opened box product was damaged ( big dent on the right side). We went to Best Buy to see what are the option and they asked us to bring product back and when we asked them can they pickup this from our house they said no because we took it from the store and wanted to charge us if they will do the pickup. Its not our fault that we have received damaged product.
