Customer Ratings & Reviews

The Samsung 7.4 cu. ft. smart gas dryer is quiet, efficient and super easy to use. I love the large capacity it handles big loads like bedding with no problem. The smart app notifications are really convenient, and clothes always come out dry without overheating. Sleek design, simple controls and great performance. Highly recommend this dryer.

I recently upgraded to the Samsung 7.4 cu. ft. Smart Gas Dryer and it has completely transformed my laundry routine. This dryer is a true game-changer! First and foremost, the smart features are a godsend. Being able to control and monitor the dryer remotely from my smartphone is incredibly convenient. I can start a load from anywhere in the house, and receive notifications when it's done. No more forgotten laundry sitting in the machine! The spacious 7.4 cu. ft. capacity is perfect for handling large loads, which is a lifesaver for my family. Even bulkier items like comforters and blankets come out perfectly dry, evenly, and efficiently. The sensor technology is spot-on. It detects moisture levels and adjusts the drying time accordingly, ensuring clothes aren't over-dried or under-dried. This not only saves energy but also extends the lifespan of my garments. Moreover, the gas-powered option is not only more energy-efficient but also quicker than electric dryers. I've noticed a significant reduction in my energy bills since making the switch. The design is sleek and modern, fitting seamlessly into my laundry room. The lint filter is easy to access and clean, and the interior drum light is a thoughtful touch, making it easy to spot any stray socks or small items. In terms of noise, this dryer is impressively quiet. I can comfortably have conversations or watch TV in the same room without any disturbances. Overall, the Samsung 7.4 cu. ft. Smart Gas Dryer has exceeded my expectations in every way. Its efficiency, smart capabilities, and attention to detail truly set it apart. If you're in the market for a top-notch dryer, this is the one to go for. It's a worthwhile investment that will make laundry days a breeze!

Great dryer, I love the smart features. Pretty quiet drying experience. Can fit a queen size comforter. The dryer can sense if your clothes are dry and stop them ahead of time to save energy and $.

So far, it works really well and is easy to use. I haven’t used the steam function yet, but I’m glad it has it. Love the smart features too - my phone alerts me when the cycle is finished so I can go get my clothes out and put another load in.

Samsung Washer and dryer best overall. Not noisy powerful and work great! As wife as it both machines are, I will say if you arent a tall person, you will have to purchase a step stool eith any washer above 5.5 that doesnt have the door on the side vs on top! Think smarter work not so harder! And they wash heavy duty towels, bed sheets, mattress toppers and blankets!

Love this dryer ! It’s quiet and drys great! My best friend bought the older model amd loves it so I bought this one which was newer model along with the washer and my husband and I love them! I researched for so long and finally bought these so far they are fantastic as we do loads and loads of laundry

Purchased with matching washer on September of ‘24 due to mildew issue in washer and I can’t look at a mismatched set, just me. Dryer works well and overall happy with it. Does require a little extra time with dense fabrics like jeans or towels, but nothing insane. It is a little louder then old dryer, but I quickly grew to not notice it any longer. Coated drum seems to have greatly reduced static in my dry clothes, so also a side plus. App is very handy if your wanting to know what dryer is doing at any given time.

The gas dryer is very quiet and is very efficient. Love all the different settings it offers.

This dryer is huge and fits our thick king-sized comforter. However, I mainly only use the "timed dry" option because the "dryness" sensor always turns the other cycles off before our stuff is dry. Additionally, after installation (the installer ran a cycle and the dryer worked) we found that the dryer stopped drying. It would run and tumble, but no heat was being applied. Best Buy sent a new machine out right away, but it was a hassle because we had a wet blanket we needed to dry.

Very good . Silent in operation . Good drying and steam features

I have really had a very good experience using this Samsung brand washing machine. It is the first time that I use this brand and I am completely satisfied, happy, and I enjoy washing my clothes in a wide and easy-to-use versatile machine.

Best dryer EVER. It is of utmost quality and performance, and works amazing. I’ve had it a little under a year now and it works just as well as it did on day one.

Very nice dryer, I had a small with trying to figure out the drying guidelines for different clothing settings, but overall, its great!

It's a great dryer machine. What I love about it is that it's brilliant. You can monitor it on your cell phone.
