Q: Is the oven electric or is it also gas?
A: The oven on the dual fuel stove is electric. The burners are gas. Hence "dual fuel!" We like this, because during a Florida power outage, we can still light the burners with a match, and cook on the stove top. We like the electric oven for more even baking and broiling.
Q: Is there a wok ring/accessory for this stovetop? Our current wok is a curved bottom wok.
A: Hi Rdw22, Several accessories come with this Samsung range model. Let me get the information for you about a wok grate accessory. Yes, a wok grate does come with the Samsung range model. This is an accessory that will fit well with your wok. Leo
Q: What is the material of the burners on this range? Than you, Emmanuel
A: Hi there, Manny! According to our specifications, the cooktop of this model is made of Black Porcelain Enamel. ^Jecca
A: Great question, Stormhold! All Samsung gas ranges come with a compatible LP (liquid propane) conversion kit. Samsung does recommend having a licensed professional perform the conversion due to the risks associated with gas and propane. ^Jecca
A: Hi Chey, Your question about the temperature setting and simultaneous use of the dual oven are good ones. You can set different temperature settings on the upper and lower oven when twin mode is activated. Also, you can use the upper oven without utilizing the lower oven and vice-versa. Leo
Q: I did not know that I had to buy the power cord separately What is the part #
A: The power cord you can get at lowes or Home Depot. And you can decide which kind you want just as long as it’s 240v compatible. The dual range runs 3.3 kw so a regular power cord cannot handle it.

Q: What is this the minimum and maximum baking temperature range for this oven?
A: When using the entire oven the min is 175* and the max is 475* not including Broiler option. If you leave the oven divider in, the temps ranges are the same if using only 1 (top or bottom) oven space. If you are using both spaces simultaneously, they impact each other. I had something really hot in the bottom and then wanted to use the upper for warming only but due to the high temp in the lower, the min. for the top was much higher than I wanted. I tried switching them (heat rising and all) but I had the same limitation so just know that when using the divided ovens, the temps cannot be significantly different (e.g., 175 and 475). This was different when I was at an apt and had a GE model which has two true separate oven spaces but then you are limited for space unlike with the Samsung which allow both full or divided options.
