I purchased this for my mother, who is in a nursing home to make video calls to my father, who is at home (also on a Samsung phone). It works great. It's fast and easy to use. The display is beautiful. She previously had a flip phone and her transition to using this phone had me impressed. My only "complaint" is that there was no instruction as to how to activate it when I first received it. Luckily, I've been an AT&T customer for a long time and remembered the activation website. Best Buy/AT&T should have at least included a small print out/reminder to go to the activation website.

This is a powerful and reliable phone at a very inexpensive price.

My mom's old phone would always go out, but this phone works just fine. She has no complaints.

Samsung quality is there but less look like galaxy series.
