A: Hi There! Thank you for reaching out to us. We appreciate your interest in knowing if Galaxy A12 is 5G compatible. We apologize; this phone model is 4G LTE compatible. Reference #: 1144292949 Have a great day. Melardo
A: I do not believe the A12 is a 8 G Ram phone. I think the versions are 3-4G. On memory I use a 256G SD card which should just about please most anyone with such space. The 32G model is not a lot of memory for anything other then a few apps and pictures. I use the extra memory for movies and such.
Q: I'm looking for a phone for my son to play with. Can I buy a phone without a plan?
A: Yes you can buy this phone without a plan. You will pay the unlocked price. You will need wifi to access the internet and to download apps.
Q: Does a att prepaid account work with this phone
A: Hi Kevin, Yes, it will work, however, for this current promotion, it does require a postpaid plan. David, AT&T Community Specialist
A: Phones are designed for individual networks unless they are "Unlocked." If you purchased an Unlocked version of the A12, then it should work on AT&T. If you purchased a specific carrier version such as Verizon then it will not work on AT&T's network.
Q: Can I activate to my tmobile account
A: If the phone unlock yes , but you have to pay full price for unlock phone
A: It comes with the AT&T SIM and your phone number already established on it. When you go to purchase the phone it will ask if you're a current AT&T customer or a new one. Upon receiving the phone, you just need to activate it on AT&T's website.
Q: Does this phone have Smart View?
A: I do not think it has smart view but you may use Chromecast to your tv via this phone. You can play movies from it, Youtube and most anything. If using a wifi tv also.
