So, I already had a Samsung s10 plus from 2019 and I really needed a Note phone, I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on another phone. So, the Note 20 5G is almost exactly what the doctor ordered, it has everything i need for my mobile photo editing and productivity. The only thing that I don’t like about the phone is that it doesn’t have a slot for a microsd card, but it has 128gb internal storage. It’s all good. Overall i love this phone. And it just got updated to android 11 android 11 just made this phone even better that it already was.

Phone does everything I needed and more. Battery lasts as ad says. Image adjustments are perfect for all tastes. Its fast! Apps are up and running really fast and work perfectly. Its very light weight. Its very intuitive in all functions. Easy to find and operate.

Love the stylus and ease of use. The phone is fast and has great battery life.

This is my 3rd NOTE and it is the fastest yet. I can't live without that stylus, which makes it so easy to use! I love the big screen of the NOTE series, which makes it suitable for gaming, reading and social media.

The Samsung Note 20 is a great phone and it comes with the awesome S pen. I like it because if the storage and the fast response. Make sure you get a case to protect your new Note 20.

Absolutely love this phone. The s pen works really great still getting use the the air functions. Battery life is nice improvement from note 8. The fiber print scanner can be alittle annoying. Pictures are great.

I bought this phone for my husband for Christmas and he says it’s the best phone he’s ever had. The size is perfect the display quality is amazing and it’s everything he needs in a phone. The stylus is an added tool you didn’t know you needed. I would recommend this for any Android user.

This a great phone, the camera is unbelievable the speed is great, I wish you can add more memory but to me that is not a deal breaker. Overall great phone

Picked this up as a gift for my wife to replace her S9. She loves it. Great battery, excellent photos, and this is her first experience with the S Pen

Upgraded from a Note 4 to a Samsung 8+ which I never liked, but was only option at that time. Now I am happy to be back to having a Note! My data transferred over very fast, the transition from the old phone to this one was smooth. The phone has some features than I will use, but has many that I will. They are easy to update, glad I was able to get a Note with the stylus housed inside the phone since there may not be another Note coming out. Lots of storage, great photos, clear calls, highly recommend this Note 20!

The battery management really makes a difference. It's a big improvement over my previous phone. I'm not constantly trying to find a charger. It is very fast and responsive. The only complaint is that i had come to expect the ability to insert a micro sd card with Samsung phones. Everyone I have had in the past offered this feature. This phone does not accept a micro sd card so no expansion. I have no more capacity than my Note 8. That was a bi huge disappointment for me. I hope this isn't a trend Samsung is going to follow.

For starters, my last phone was the Note 9-which is another darn cool/awesome phone but the new Note 20 is a little more. I'd say there's always a bunch of new tips and tricks to new phones that I'm never aware of until I'm shown them. I recommend to search Youtube for Note 20 tips and tricks...there's loads of new features or features I wasn't aware of. All these things make the phone pretty darn awesome. I switched from Iphones-way back in the 4 or 4s days and haven't looked back. A fan of the Note series and have an upgrade available-get the phone.

I don't think I will ever do the switch to the iPhone but I did switch to the note from the galaxy and I love it. The size took a little getting used to but this is a great phone. I wish Samsung didn't remove the external memory feature but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they will eventually bring it back.

Never had a Galaxy Note before and absolutely love it! The ease of utilizing “pen” and functionality makes drawing and even note taking so much easier. Phone is sleek, fast and pen is stowed away in unit as you wouldn’t even notice it is there until you need.

It's amazing. This phone lasts me for a whole day and a half with texting, calling, and light app usage (games. Youtube). The pen is an ultimate plus because I can save pdfs and write directly on top of them which is a huge plus. Also, I highly recommend getting the S view flip cover (if you want to protect your screen) and with that case, I can see notifications, answer phone calls and call people (through Google assistant) without having to wake my phone. 12/10 is my rating!

purchase upgrade for long overdue, enjoying the speed, memory increase, ease usage of embedded apps. no issues with transferring data from old to new phone; customer service was awesome and patient with all my questions

Bought as a gift for my 12 yo. No issues nearly a year in. Dropped frequently, other than a cracked screen, it's doing well. Amazing photos. I dont think its ever died (run out of battery) even with heavy messaging/social media use.

Great Samsung product. I love the Note line, and for now this appears to be the last one produced. Hopefully there will be a new note the next time i need to replace my phone.
