I bought this phone for my wife as an upgrade from her Galaxy S8. She loves the camera and the MUCH larger storage capacity! Since she was familiar with the Samsung interface and Android OS, it didn't take much time for her to learn how to use it. The "Smart-Switch" software made setup and transfer of her old files easy. The only issue was that the 5G activation required use of the new SIM sent with the phone. I tried the old 4G SIM with no luck, but activation with the new SIM was quick.

This is a review of the phone only, not of Bestbuy. My last phone was a S-6 active, so this was a huge step up. It is so much faster and capable. Having the 512 Gb storage, I don't think I'll ever run out of storage unless you're a photographer. I have over 100 apps, so that's my main storage hog. It's display is great and camera seems superior to other phones. Cons- it may be me, but I'm used to the screen auto-rotating to horizontal mode but this one asks each time. I wish I knew how to change that. And the battery life isn't as good as I'd like. It will run the phone all day, but not more than that if it is used a lot.
