Q: Is Black the only color this phone comes in? What is the street date?
A: There is also Phantom Silver for the ultra, violet, pink, grey and white on the s21, violet, black and silver for the s21+
Q: Is there the ability to add external memory or SD card?
A: There is not on any of the versions
Q: What discount can I get for my Galaxy Note 5 phone?
A: You will have to ask Verizon what deals are available with your plan, any upfront cost, or trade in value of existing device(s) can go toward the new purchase.
Q: Is this a flat screen? Are s21 model flat screen
A: No the screen curves on the edges. However there are plenty of screen protectors and cars that fit the phone. Also the curve doesn't take away from the overall size and clarity of the screen.
Q: Did Samsung delete the micro sd slot?
A: Yes. There is not a micro sd slot anymore.
A: You can use Google Duo. It is Google version of FaceTime. You can't FaceTime directly with an apple phone. You need an application to it. My daughter and her Nana use duo all the time to talk. Since I have a android phone and she had an iPhone.

A: No. The new S22 Ultra comes with S pen built in. The S21 Ultra is S pen compatible though.
