Given the cost of a new Galaxy S9 I decided to purchase a refurbished one instead. This refurbished phone comes in a Geek Squad box and includes a charger and a USB cable. No problem with that. However, I did have a concern that it did not come with the AKG earphones or the other documentation (quick start guide, etc) that were listed in the BestBuy ad. BestBuy customer support took care of my concerns about the missing items. So I am left with a refurbished phone that basically looks and works like a new one. Only better because it cost much less. I am one happy customer.

I switched from an iPhone and it was very user friendly. Not to mention, the camera is 1000's better than iPhone. Love it!

We needed a new phone since a Samsung S6 had just quit working. I started checking Best Buy and the next day the refurbished unlocked Samsung S9 sunrise gold was put onto website for an amazing price. I replaced (3) S6's with this S9. Activated at Best Buy and they were very helpful. Also, put Best Buy's screen protector on each. We all like the phone, camera, and other features. Everything works so far. Not as many bars at my home as the S6 had with reception so I use the wifi calling feature. It works well. Only a 90 day warranty with Geek Squad refurbished. Came with a rapid wall charger and cable.

I love how slim/light it is. I lucked out finding the perfect case for it making it that much better. (not BBuy) It doesn't get caught on things like the bulky ones. So far I like the S9 more than the S7 not just for that. I hope you get as lucky for your S9. Lilac would be nice if I had a clear case for it but I'm OK.

I gave this to my granddaughter and she really loves the phone she says it takes great pictures she just loves the phone

On the specs says that comes with charger, since did not specify I assumed it was Samsung as well. Manuals always specifies that one never use other brands than the ones are the specific for their products. Second time Best-buy does the same. Not happy with it.

I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S5 to an S9. Using the Smart Switch, it was very simple to transfer all my data to the new phone. I'm still figuring some things out, but the battery life is great and picture quality seems good. My main negative comment, I bought a refurbished phone and not all the accessories were included. All I got was a charging cable and it wasn't even the fast charge type.

I love the S9 phone. It works perfectly, battery lasts and not a mark on the screen or case. Looks absolutely brand new. I am very happy with all the bells and whistles this phone has.

My S9 is amazing, the camera is great and the quality is wonderful! Holds a great charge and I have had it almost a year!

Great price for a refurbished S9. My carrier Tmobile is hit and miss in my area so I'm not getting the best out of the phone.

I was so excited to receive my phone only to discover the camera didn't work properly. Of course a replacement is on back order so I am stuck with this one until they can send a new one and not able to take pictures! Very frustrating for the price paid!

I like to use android phones and its great phone also have good camera..

Phone is in perfect condition and works great. Love Best Buy!
