Q: During the refurb process, do phones get a new battery?
A: Since the phone is refurbed within the store, and not sent back to the manufacturer- it's safe to say no, it does not get a replacement battery.
A: I had the same problem. I was ordering the same phone and I added it in my shopping cart. I couldn't check it out. So what I did, I clicked on "help" or the Chat Box on the right hand corner and a customer service rep chat with me. They did the checkout portion on their end when I told them I had the phone in my shopping cart and they took care of it from there. I will let you know the results of the phone when I receive it on Friday, October 5th, 2018. Thanks.
