Q: Is this the version with a heatsink?

A: No, not if it isn’t on the picture. If you keep looking around online, I’ve seen them for the same price as the one without the heat sink, but to answer your question, no. This model doesn’t have it.

Q: sold out what does that mean?

A: It means they don't have any in stock. This ssd has yet to be released, and should come sometime this month. Be prepared to buy as like with anything new right now, supplies will be limited.

Q: Can i use it on my ps5 without a heat sink?

A: Yeah but game play is pretty intensive. It's not like they are expensive found one for 12.00 seems to be doing it's job in my laptop.
