This vacuum is light weight and very easy to use for me and my wife. It gets to those small hard to get to areas with ease , like the steps . It has plenty of power for it's size . It's extremely handy for quick clean ups .

My new vacum cleaner is fantastic, excellent for pet hair....especially cat hair.

This portable little vacuum really has great suction unlike other vacuums in the past. It is light weight, easy to use and last long between charge. The no bag feature is nice instead of having to deal with a dusty bag. It comes with more than enough tools for all sorts of cleaning. This is my second shark vacuum and still amazed of the suction from both items.

Suction and battery life are good. Overall size and weight is nice for portability. Would definitely recommend to others who need something quick and convenient for small jobs.

My wife and I bought this to get pet hair off our furniture and comforter. We never expected such outstanding results. It has a powerful vacuum and brush to get the pet hair off our comforter and spot clean our carpet. The battery keeps a nice long charge and the attachments help keep our trucks nice and clean as well.

The Shark works well e.g. good suction, good battery life until you have to clean it. It takes awhile to get all of the dust off of the filter. If you don't get the filter placed back in the unit just right the next time you turn it on there will be some dust emitted from the unit. Quite a lot of dust.

We give ours a pretty regular workout and so far is one of the best we've owned. (Our experience has been that Shark stuff, across the board, functions really well). Will follow up in 6 months to report how well the battery holds up as that (recharging = shorter battery charge) has been the biggest issue we've had with similar equipment. PROS - Wicked suction, good battery life (so far) & recharge time, light & well balanced, easy to empty, gets into corners. CONS - A bit bulky and sitting vertically in it's charging base (only way to use base) it takes up an 8" x 8" x 21" (height) area. RECCOMMEND - YES BUY AGAIN - YES

Great product so far - very happy with suction and lightweight. My only hesitation were the warnings not to overcharge, so I'm cautious to only charge when it is needed, but so far it is working great and has long battery life before needing a recharge.

This hand vacuum is compact, lightweight, and easy to use. It is also powerful and runs fairly long on a charge. Great as a spot vaac.

I bought this because our cat sheds so much that you can't use a broom in our kitchen without creating dust devils. I wanted an alternative to bringing out the big vacuum to pick up a few crumbs. First off, the instructions for charging the unit are incorrect in two places. By two places, I mean there's a sticker on the back that tells you how long to charge the unit the first time; that is incorrect (it should be 20 hours). At the same time, the instruction book tells you to charge the unit for 20 hours before first use, which is correct, but the instructions for charging it during normal use are incorrect. Pros: The carpet attachment works quite well, and the unit is overall pretty powerful. It's a bit on the heavy side, but well balanced. There is a baffle at the tip of the machine that keeps things like cat kibble from falling back out when you hold the machine nose down after using it. Cons: There's a filter that fits in the dirt collection part, and you have to remove it to empty the machine. That, in itself, is a little gross; but I've found that the filter gets completely covered with a layer of dust and cat fur that I have to pick off by hand. Because you aren't supposed to charge the unit for more than 14 hours after its initial use, you can't leave it parked in the charging stand. The stand is designed to hold both the vacuum and the attachments in a nice, neat package so this is a major disappointment. I had to find some nearby but inconspicuous place to keep the thing between charges. The manufacturer should have added circuitry that would prevent overcharging. When you aren't using the attachments, it's sometimes hard to get the right angle to pick up dirt from a bare floor. Overall: I think it's the best such unit I've ever used.

This is my third Shark cordless. I now have one on each floor of the house. Great for quick and easy cleanups. Works great for cleaning up pet hair. Has plenty of power. I highly recommend this bagless, cordless vac!

I like this hand held vacuum cleaner more than any other I have had in the past. Very powerful. Charge is long lasting. Attachments very useful and versatile.

This is a sweet little vacuum. It has ample power and is perfect for keeping the inside of my car clean as well as cleaning pet hair off of furniture. I also like the base you sit it on for charging because it holds the vacuum's attachments. I often misplace vacuum attachments or later find them broken and hidden in the corner of my closet. The battery life seams to last long too as I have yet to exhaust a charge. I'm not crazy about the color lavender for a vacuum cleaner (black would be better) but no big deal

I love that this vacuum is cordless and portable. It includes an attachment that works great for carpeted stairs. I use it to vacuum out my car often. Since it is cordless it needs to be charged, which leads me to my only con with this product so far... the charge doesn't seem to last very long so it does need to be charged after each job.

This unit has great suction for its size, and I love the brush attachment. It works great for pet hair and is easy to empty.

The day this was delivered, I dropped my shop vac down the stairs. Of course it spilled on the middle step, and I was unable to reach the mess (and it was gross!!) from the top or the bottom. I picked up the chunks, but there was a ton of dust and dirt left. This little vacuum picked it all up!! I originally bought it to use on the stairs for normal cleaning, so I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was capable of some heavy duty work too! I think it did a better job than my Dyson! Great buy!

I have pets that make a lot of little messes in various places where a normal size vacuum cleaner won't fit. I wasn't sure if this would do the job, but it did! I'm able to quickly clean my mess wherever it may be and then return it to the charging dock. It's perfect.
