Q: How well does this work on high pile/shag carpet?
A: We can assist you with your inquiry. As where this unit has such great suction it maybe harder to use on thicker, high pile carpets such as Shag rugs.
A: We would like to inform you that this unit does not have a bag. It is a bagless unit.
Q: Does this have the special roller that doesn’t snag as seen on tv
A: We would like to inform you that this vacuum is not equipped with the self-cleaning brushroll.
A: It's corded. The newer versions have a longer cord too!
Q: Does this come with the hard floor hero it shows in the picture?
A: Unfortunately no. I got two of these and neither came with the hard floor hero attachment! Deceptive advertising if you ask me, since Best Buy shows this in pictures on their website.
