Shun - Premier Carving Set, 2 Piece - Blonde

Blonde Precision Carving Set

2-piece carving set designed for slicing roasts and meats with precision control

16 DEGREE EDGE, HAMMERED FINISH: Double-bevel edge hand-sharpened to 16 degrees per side. The hammered tsuchime finish helps food release.

BLONDE PAKKAWOOD HANDLES: Contoured blonde PakkaWood, a resin-impregnated hardwood that resists moisture, with an embossed end cap with brass trim for balance.

GIFT BOXED: Comes in a gift box for storage or giving. Slicing knife handcrafted in Seki City, Japan; fork made from Chinese components and assembled in Japan. Hand wash only; not dishwasher safe.
