Terrible installation by Best Buy Plumber
We bought this as a exact replacement for a defective disposal. The product is good but the Best Buy installation was TERRIBLE. It took 2 hours, it leaked in 2 places and they set it in crooked so the matching sink ring wasn’t flush. I had to hire a different plumber to come out and reinstall it. (And they made a mess…plumbers putty on the floor, water all over under the sink and floor . They put a mat down to protect their tools but not to protect my wood floors. Dirty hand prints on the wall.)
