Customer Ratings & Reviews

I love this speaker. Such good sound for the size. Really fills a room. With the dock the speaker is always charged. The battery lasts for ever if you take it with you for the weekend. The handle makes it easy to carry. The voice function is nice as well. I use that a lot when I'm making dinner in the evening, I just tell Sonos to play whatever I want to hear and go about my meal making. My only gripe are the buttons on the top. They work great but when you cannot see them they are hard to hit or not hit. For example I will put the speaker up higher in my garage sometimes and if I want to hit the pause button or change the volume it can be a bit of a challenge. Not a huge deal though. Would buy again and highly recommend. Looking at a sound bar next.

Favorite wireless speaker, my wired Klipsch passive speakers connected to about any amp sound better, but this thing has relatively small speakers inside of it, not a pair of 4” woofers and a dual 5.25” woofer center channel speaker (each seperate speaker unit has a 1”) tweeter and the amp is external makes it very versatile in a room setting as long as I have space for the setup, but I bought this one for portability so I can take it to the living room where a I bought a stand for it and and can just lift it out whenever and use it battery powered and The heavy-duty for Sonos Move 2 floor stand (made by Yibracki) keeps the sonos off the floor level and up at ear level where it’s more useful and less likely to get scrached. For a single seperate speaker unit that doesnt need an external amp and is portable, this sonos produces pleasing sound, although not a reference speaker. My passive speaker setup is $285 without amp and this sonos is $450, for this amount you can get the $150 set of 2 Klipsch r-41m bookshelf speakers, the $135 Klipsch R-52C center channel speaker and have $165, the $80 AIYIMA A07 300W class D stereo amp, $36 Amazon Basics 14-Gauge Audio Speaker Wire Cable 100ft will still leave you with $49 for $401 or $49 short of the this $450 sonos unit. The choice is yours but I have both although I chose the $300 wiim amp beacuse it offers steaming as does this sonos, but that choice of setup totals $621 or $171 more expensive up front than this sonos unit by it self or just $101 more expensive if you count the $70 stand for the sonos, but that then assumes you wont need speaker stands for the speakers and a table or bookstand for the amp and so on…

This Sonos Move 2 is more than just a speaker! It has deep rich bass and high clear tones thanks to the dual tweeters! It immediately became a friend and family favorite at parties and game night! With its magnetic charger it is so EASY to just pick it up and go! The sound is so clear and loud it is awesome for the backyard gatherings! I would without a doubt recommend this product for anyone looking for an affordable portable speaker who does not want to settle for anything less than amazing.

I've owned Sonos products for around 15 years now. This speaker is a solid Sonos speaker. I wanted a pair for my exterior balcony, and it's been great. The bass and crispness of sound that comes out of this speaker exceeded mt expectations. I also love that I'm able to take it down to the pool or anywhere for that matter. I find the battery life to be pretty good compared to other portable speakers I've owned. Overall, I would buy this speaker again without hesitation. Solid purchase if you're looking for something that's portable, but not sacrafising sound quality. This is just right!

Lots of great sound from small speaker. Like that it has a rubber type bottom, keeps it from moving around. The halo type charger is great just drop the speaker in and it charges quickly. When it's done just take it out no plugging in or unplugging. The speaker is a bit heavy but I'm ok with that. The controls on top are sensitive to the touch. Haven't explored all the features but I Love it. I use it in all my rooms.

The Sonos Move 2 is an absolute powerhouse of a portable speaker, delivering an exceptional audio experience that adapts perfectly to almost any environment. The sound quality on this speaker is phenomenal. It produces a wide, spacious soundstage with crisp highs and remarkably clear vocals, but the real standout is the low end. For a portable speaker, it packs a deep punch with rich, commanding bass that fills the room without distorting at high volumes. Combined with its rugged, weather-resistant build, it is ideal for outdoors, backyard parties, or any indoor setting you place it in. Plus, the upgraded battery life is fantastic, comfortably lasting through long days of continuous playback without needing a charge. When it comes to playback, your experience will largely depend on how you connect the integration is flawless. Casting directly via Spotify Connect is smooth, responsive, and highly reliable for uninterrupted listening Unfortunately, the performance drops significantly over AirPlay. It frequently cuts out, drops connection, or suffers from audio stutters, which can be frustrating if you rely heavily on the Apple ecosystem. Overall, if you stream primarily through Spotify or the native Sonos app, the Move 2 is one of the best premium portable speakers on the market.

Excellent sound quality and even better battery life. It pairs seamlessly with the rest of our Sonos speakers and with the app. Can’t recommend these speakers enough

This versatile speaker packs a punch, take it anywhere, deep lows and crisp highs! The charging ring is a cool feature as well. I use it in my home gym and provides more than average sound for the workouts! I got it when it was on sale, if it goes on sale, get ione or two and you will be very happy.

The speaker sounds great. Automatically adapts sound to the environment, whether indoors or outside. I primarily use it on my patio and I love that I can connect it to WiFi. It also has fairly decent stereo sound for being a single speaker.

I have many Sonos products and when deciding to add this Bluetooth speaker to my collection it did not disappoint. The set up was a breeze both Bluetooth and to my Sonos Eco system. The sound quality is amazing and the output volume is quite impressive. Also the battery life is about 18 hours from a full charge at 1/2 volume. I would highly recommend this speaker to any one who is in the market for a great sounding wireless speaker and especially if you own Sonos products.

Strong distortion free. Plenty of volume. Long battery life between charges. Well constructed

These small speakers put out a nice quality sound. The fact that they are Bluetooth and wireless makes them that much more special!

Picked up the Move 2 when it was on sale. Typical Sonos build quality and excellent sound. Very good volume levels and fair amount of base for its size. Connectivity, however, is spotty on WiFi - music would simply stop. Had to connect via Bluetooth.

Really impressed with this speaker. I picked this up to add to my Sonos ecosystem and the system works awesome! It is not the cheapest, but the sound out of this speaker is great. The touch controls are all very responsive, and the sliding volume is super slick. We've activated the talk to function and with a quick "hey sonos" we are listening to music from our favorite streaming stations. It's connected to our Alexa system too which makes life easy. If you are looking for a semi transportable speaker with amazing full range sound, check out the Move 2!

One of the better sounding portable speaker out. Only reason I give it 4 stars is battery life and not being able to charge it without the charging base. I tried charging it with a cell phone charging cable, doesn’t seem to work.

Was torn between purchasing this or Bang Olufsen Beolit 20. I’m very satisfied with Sonos Move 2! I own many Bluetooth speakers including hyperboom, Jbl pulse 5, xtreme 3 and Boombox. This is my new favorite Bluetooth speaker! Sounds amazing with lots of clarity and deep bass for it’s size! Highly recommend Move 2! May purchase another soon to have stereo pair!

Great sound quality and solid construction. The Bluetooth pairs very easily and over I’m very satisfied with this product. I bring it with me in the yard while doing yard work, light weight!

Move 2 has superb sound for a small speaker that fills the room. Its portability is makes it easy to take the music you love with you wherever you go!

I'm new to Sonos. The speaker itself is great!! Sounds really good and love that is portable and runs on wifi. So I'll give it 5 stars on the speaker. The app is straight TRASH though. Hopefully they fix that soon

Really loud really wonderful has a lot of great perks and unique features would recommend it to all my friends has really great crisp audio sounds can really hear everything wonderful speaker
