Sony CRE-E10 OTC hearing aids offer audio streaming (media or phone call) when used with Apple iPhone, iPad, and iPod devices with iOS version 15 or higher installed. Sony CRE-C10 OTC hearing aids are not compatible with Bluetooth streaming on Android devices. Sony CRE-C20 and C10 OTC hearing aids do not have Bluetooth streaming capabilities.
