Sony - STRAZ1000ES Premium ES 7.2 CH 8K A/V Receiver - Black

My new Sony Receiver replaces another name brand receiver that has continued to cause problems in an otherwise all Sony System. The results are no more minor glitches, such as problems syncing various component, etc. Now everything is Sony. Everything works great, sounds great and even looks great. From my Sony TV to my Sony Blu Ray DVD player to my new Sony Receiver. Sony just works better with Sony.

Great sound and features. Very easy to setup. I prefer this over the larger versions that have additional speaker connections—this one has plenty!

The receiver offers everything you'd want from an 8K receiver including Dolby Atmos, a ton of streaming options and great sound. Further, the STR-AN1000 boasts the best connectivity of any other Sony model before it. For example, Sony has taken a page out of the Yamaha playbook with the ability to add wireless speakers -- such as the $300 SA-RS3S rears and $700 SA-SW5 subwoofer.

Excellent choice for a small family room 22’x 24’. This was a replacement AV receiver. The connection and setup was very simple including WiFi. The features that this unit offers are the same as the more expensive Sony units. But the Sony 1000ES sound quality is second to none for the price.
