Detroit-based rock band Sponge was formed in 1992 and consisted of vocalist Vinnie Dombroski, guitarist Mike Cross, bassist Tim Cross, drummer Jimmy Paluzzi and guitarist Joey Mazzola. Their biggest hits to date include InchPlowedInch and InchMolly (Sixteen Candles)Inch, which are both from their 1994 debut album Rotting Piñata. InchPlowedInch was also featured on several films (Empire Records, No Looking Back, Chasing Mavericks), TV shows (Cold Case) and video games (Tony Hawk Shred, Guitar Hero Warriors of Rock). This edition also contains the track InchCandy CornInch, which used to be hidden after track B5 InchRainin'Inch. Rotting Piñata is available on black vinyl and includes a 4-page booklet.

Saint Bartlett opens up with a grandiosity yet unheard on a Damien Jurado album. It strips away the many layers of paint from the house down the street, the one Jurado has occupied for the last decade, and goes to work liberally applying an exhilarating new coat, making the whole neighborhood shine in the process! Mellotrons swell, heavenly handclaps ring in stereo and big drums create a sky for the songs to fly in. Produced by fellow Secretly Canadian artist Richard Swift, his 'Spector-esque' production is spot-on, a production that positions Damien Jurado not as a folk singer but as a mystic - somewhere between Van Morrison, Scott Walker and Wayne Coyne. Saint Bartlett was made entirely at Swift's National Freedom studio in Oregon, in just under a week with only Jurado and Swift as the performers.

Leap Life is Saul Williams' first solo album in over 10 years and marks a major return for one of the most influential voices in spoken word and experimental music. Named after Saul's leap year birthday, the project has been carefully sequenced by composer and producer Carlos Niño as a fully immersive, front-to-back listening experience. The album expands Saul's sound into electronic and ambient territories while remaining rooted in spoken word, with rich sound design built from nature recordings, environmental textures, and expansive instrumentation. It also sees Saul step further into the role of producer, drawing influence from Fela Kuti, Black church traditions, and South African electronic music.The record features a standout cast of collaborators including Kamasi Washington, Georgia Anne Muldrow, Moor Mother, Gonjasufi, and Surya Botofasina, alongside material developed with Robert Del Naja (Massive Attack). Released via Big Dada, the album marks a full-circle moment with the tag where Saul originally launched his solo career.
