Q: What is the color of the inner pot? Is it stainless and is it easy to read the numbers with lines?
A: The color of the inner pot is black. It is not stainless, and I needed to put my reading glasses on to see and read the numbers with lines.
Q: Is the interior PTFE or Teflon? Is it safe?
A: Yes, it's safe.
Q: Is this rice cooker made in Japan?
A: No...is Chinese
Q: Does it have a retractablecord.
A: No
Q: How do you clean the top of this rice cooker>
A: I use wet paper towel to clean the top of the Rice cooker.
Q: I would like to know if this product works with 220V and 50 Hz. Thanks
A: Read the manual paper that goes in the box to be sure if it's ok to use with 220v.
