    Fast and ez!

I love the fact that you can be notified when the engine is turned on and that you can set up boundaries so you are notified when the vehicle enters or leaves the boundaries.

Questions & Answers

  • Can you tell me where I can check out the cost of the subscription before buying, Also is the box visible where it’s plugged in? Just wondering because couldn’t the person that steals the car see it and throw it out the window? Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out! Our subscription on our plugin tracker is shown in the product images, however as of the time that this is posted is: $14.95/month month to month, and $8.95/month if you prepay the annual plan up front. The device gets plugged into the OBD port on the vehicle, which is typically located under the dashboard - some vehicles have it more forward than others, in which case it would be more visible. If the visibility is a concern, we do have a hardwired tracker than installs under the vehicle's hood which would typically prevent detection, the installation is very simple and takes about 60 seconds for the average person. You can email us through Best Buy's system and we'd be happy to provide a link.

You do! The app is called "Hapn" and enables full access to manage your GPS tracker (however many you may have) on smartphones, tablets, or even desktop web browsers.
