Only one complaint
Happy with this so far. Was delivered fast and packaged well. Gets the job done. Only complaint I have so far is that the internal LEDs turn on on their own despite me turning them off. Wish they would just stay off.

Did not receive delivery and no solution
I am very unhappy with the purchase from this seller. I was so excited to receive this Gaming PC for my sons birthday. It was delayed for 5 days and no updates of when it would arrive. I reached out and they said they would look into it because I wanted to make sure I was home to sign for the package. They let me know after it was delivered in the morning when I was at work and they said they left this expensive PC outside. I got home around 6 pm afterwork and it was not there. They had me wait for a week for a solution and told me to make a police report that they couldn’t do anything. This is bad business in my opinion beware of this seller. My sons birthday present is ruined. I am so sad. No refund and no replacement. I will be reaching out to Best Buy. Very unhappy.
