SVS - Prime Wireless Pro Powered Speaker Pair - Black

I'm really enjoying my SVS Prime Wireless Pro Powered Speakers. Took about a month to decide on which speakers I would choose. I did demo a few other models, both less expensive and more expensive. In the end I decided they were the best value for what I was looking for. I wanted to be able to connect them as desktop speakers with a great sound and also stream to them with my phone apps. Also, as an additional bonus is that you can also connect wirelessly as well as with blue tooth. Connecting to television is simple and sound great. I could go on but check out reviews and videos from others, For me they look great (I love the black, but some might like the white), they sound great on my desk and television. They go loud and never distort at even full volume. I considered getting one of the subwoofers but I think I'm more than satisfied already. Maybe I'll reconsider in the future if my needs on how I use them change. I thought reviews might have overstated but they came with a 45 day trial and could be returned. I knew pretty quickly that they were not going to be returned.

Overall the speakers deliver as promised with HDMI arc and optical connections. I put them in our motorhome and use them mainly for 2 channel listening. The simplicity of operation is amazing and the ability to run on wifi or bluetooth is great! The low end sound is good with adequate bass however the highs are not adequate for my personal taste. If you like a very neutral sound that can't be adjusted then you may like them. I guess you get what you pay for but I was expecting more for $1,000.

Great all on one package! Music sounds great on these speakers which punch well above their weight in accordance to price! They also work well for audio for movies and television. Dolby Atmos isn’t a thing on these as they are 2-channel stereo speakers, but don’t let that dissuade you. These are the speaker version of the “Jack of all trades.” It has all the connectivity options you can ask for, with both Airplay and Chromecast making it super easy to stream without using the Play Fi app. As for that, the app is clunky, but works well enough to get the job done. I don’t really need to use it much as the AirPlay and Chromecast connectivity is so seamless. Oh yeah, Bluetooth works well also and the remote makes switching between inputs a breeze. So, in conclusion, if you are thinking about getting audiophile like sound without need for amplifiers, DACs and streamers, look no further. This really has it all. Bravo SVS

Easy to install - sound was excellent for a room that has a capacity of 200 persons. Treble and Bass well balance for both spoken voice and music. I can recommend without reservation this product.

Great and clear sound, enough bass for most people. I wanted a home theater system and may have expected too much from 2 speakers. They have lots of power but not what I wanted. Ended up buying a separate set of bookshelf speakers and a receiver.
