TCL - 55" Class 4K QLED A3G Designer Series Smart TV with Google TV, Art Library, AI Art and Flush Wall Mount (2026)

I originally set out to buy a Samsung Frame TV, but after a great promotional deal I ended up with the new 2026 TCL A3 (Next Vision Series) Google TV for $499 instead of about $599, and honestly… I couldn’t be happier with the decision. The biggest surprise for me has been the Google TV interface. I expected Samsung’s operating system to be the one I’d prefer, but Google TV has been even more seamless in day-to-day use. Everything feels intuitive, fast, and easy to navigate. Streaming apps load quickly, recommendations make sense, and I spend less time digging through menus and more time actually watching content. Picture quality has been excellent for the price. Colors are vibrant, blacks look great, and it handles everything from daytime TV to movies really well. I’ve been watching a lot of serialized dramas lately, and the image is sharp enough that it makes those long viewing sessions really enjoyable. Setup was straightforward overall, but there is one thing buyers should know: The mounting system isn’t completely traditional. If you’re planning to use a universal TV stand or certain aftermarket mounts, you may need to get a little creative depending on your setup. It wasn’t a deal breaker for me. I was able to make my existing universal stand work but it’s something worth knowing before you buy. Other than that, I honestly don’t have any complaints. It feels like a premium experience at a much lower price than I expected to pay, and getting it during the promotional pricing made it an even better value. If you’re comparing this TV against more expensive options, don’t overlook it. I started this shopping process convinced I was buying a Samsung, and I ended up finding a TV that fits my needs even better. Highly recommended.

I live qjatbrhis tv offers. AI to create paintings and puctures is a great option. No one connect box , just the power cord, which i love! Unfortunately my first one had bad panel uniformity issues that ruined any dark scenes or pictures with dark areas. That was exchanged and rhe next one kepr having an error when trying to create AI images. TCL could not resolve the issue through troubleshooting so we are doinga other exchange. Fingers crossed for third time is a charm! Otherwise its a great art tv and good picture quality too!

I’m very happy with this TCL Frame TV! It was incredibly easy to install and set up, making the whole process quick and hassle-free. It’s exactly what I was looking for—sleek, modern, and it blends beautifully into the room. The picture quality is excellent, with sharp, vibrant colors, and the anti-glare feature makes a huge difference, especially in a bright room. For the price, this TV offers outstanding value. If you’re looking for a stylish TV with great performance without breaking the bank, I would definitely recommend it!

I recently had to move out of my living situation and get an apartment of my own. This was an opportunity to make the place "mine" and try to come up with a minimal japandi design look I could find a sense of calm in. Having a traditional black screen mounted to my wall would have taken away a lot from the look of the apartment, so I was thrilled to run across this TV. During the day it operates as a piece of art showing a cool blue-green landscape to contrast with my warm greige apartment design. When I want to use it as a TV, it pops into life with a clear picture that doesn't take on reflections from the large windows nearby. The sound it great as well. It also works quite well as an additional monitor using the builtin chromecast feature (it has airplay, too, but i haven't yet tried that). Installation was a breeze, it comes with a template to show clearly where to put mounting holes. Unfortunately the template requires some origami if you don't get the biggest sized TV but the instructions are clear. There are also large magnets on the brackets to make fine adjustments easy without awkward balancing of the TV with one hand. The biggest downside is the C8 power cable is short and black, but I was able to find a long one that matched my trim color online. The result nearly completely disappears. Many people, I guess, run a new outlet behind the TV, but I'm in an apartment so that was a less enticing option for me (though I did consider it!). The only thing that I think would make this TV picture better is if it were OLED, so it could have the truly intense blacks, but that's a minor complaint. The picture quality is better than any TV i've owned before. The matte finish alone is worth its weight in gold for contributed quality. I also think if it were OLED it would eventually show signs of burn in from the hours and hours of static art that gets shown on the TV, so I think TCL hit the right balance here by not going that route. I do have one other minor complaint...The remote is both bluetooth and IR. The IR aspect means there is a small sensor in the bottom left corner of the television, that sensor somewhat fights against the illusion that the device is a wall painting. It's a small thing, but if they could have dropped or hidden that sensor in some way it would have improved the overall design. It doesn't ruin the experience though, it's just one of those things where when you notice it, you notice it.

I’ve had this for a week now and I enjoy it. The picture is lovely and the price vs quality is good to me. I’m not a tech person but I researched a bit and I’m happy with this purchase. I put an image of my normal wall light and day light to show the image in my space. Super easy to install
