Based on the 1968 novel by Peter S. Beagle, this fanciful animated fable tells the tale of a beautiful white unicorn who enlists the aid of a bungling magician to battle an evil king and locate others of her kind. Rankin/Bass fantasy adventure features the voices of Mia Farrow, Alan Arkin, Jeff Bridges, Christopher Lee, Angela Lansbury, and René Auberjonois; music by America. 93 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English. Two-disc set.
Shy Australian teen Naim (Joe Bird) liked little about the backwater town his mom (Mia Wasikowska) moved them to... except Ryan (Stacy Clausen), the local kid he found forbidden mutual attraction with. However, they got found out, and the outraged community put them in the hands of a Inchdeliverance healerInch (Nicholas Hope). Now, the boys are being stalked by a malevolent demon taking the form of the object they most desire-one another-in this singular chiller. Ewen Leslie, Jeremy Blewitt co-star. 88 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English.
