A: Yes there pre order bonus is sold out unfortunately. You can still try Gamestop, Wal-Mart or Target on there pre order offers.
Q: Why is the bonus no longer included in the shopping cart when placing an order?
A: It may be sold out. I had mine appear in the cart when i boight it on the first automatically.
A: It supposedly is. However, my game is already packing to be shipped as of Monday but they are not giving a date for the bonus to be shipped. It does say it'll ship but won't say when. I would have assumed it was included with the game, but appears maybe not.
