The Matrix Resurrections (4K Ultra HD Steelbook) [UHD] [4K Ultra HD Blu-ray]

great movie love all of the matrix movies would deff be watching over and over again.

I’d give this packaging 3.5 stars, that’s what you’re buying the Steelbook edition for, right? The plastic liner over the artwork on the metal case is not fully transparent. I get why the plastic is needed to hold the discs but I don’t think it’s necessary on the opposite side. Also the second HD disc has to tuck underneath a plastic lip, I guess to avoid contacting the UHD disc on top? I guess it’s good to prioritize the UHD disc but I’m not sure how good that is for the HD disc. I worked one day on this movie shoot and I was mostly working at the Simulatte location (Joe & The Juice in FiDi SF) so I got this specifically for that reason. I think most people would be good with the regular edition, personally.

If you’re reading this review, it’s probably my because you’re interested in how the steelbook looks. It’s simple, and very sleek. If you’re here for a movie review, I loved it. However, that is strictly a case by case basis. Plenty of people hate this movie.

Love the look and happy with my the purchase of my steelbook! Well built, sturdy and strong as for the movie; I was hesitant it would not live up to what I was looking for but an interesting take and good story line. Happy to be pleasantly entertained!!

I love The Matrix trilogy, that's why I bought this movie also (to have the complete collection), but this movie was a 5/10. The quality and design of this SteelBook is 6/10. If you are a fan of the movie, buy it.
