great movie love all of the matrix movies would deff be watching over and over again.

I’d give this packaging 3.5 stars, that’s what you’re buying the Steelbook edition for, right? The plastic liner over the artwork on the metal case is not fully transparent. I get why the plastic is needed to hold the discs but I don’t think it’s necessary on the opposite side. Also the second HD disc has to tuck underneath a plastic lip, I guess to avoid contacting the UHD disc on top? I guess it’s good to prioritize the UHD disc but I’m not sure how good that is for the HD disc. I worked one day on this movie shoot and I was mostly working at the Simulatte location (Joe & The Juice in FiDi SF) so I got this specifically for that reason. I think most people would be good with the regular edition, personally.

If you’re reading this review, it’s probably my because you’re interested in how the steelbook looks. It’s simple, and very sleek. If you’re here for a movie review, I loved it. However, that is strictly a case by case basis. Plenty of people hate this movie.

Love the look and happy with my the purchase of my steelbook! Well built, sturdy and strong as for the movie; I was hesitant it would not live up to what I was looking for but an interesting take and good story line. Happy to be pleasantly entertained!!

I love The Matrix trilogy, that's why I bought this movie also (to have the complete collection), but this movie was a 5/10. The quality and design of this SteelBook is 6/10. If you are a fan of the movie, buy it.

One of THE WORST sequels ever made. It has none of what made the original such a classic and influential film. Terrible writing. Effects suck. Acting is crap. I’ll never get my time back

The film has nothing to do with the original trilogy, it is totally absurd and meaningless, the salvageable thing is that the steelbook has a very good design.

So disappointed! Pre-ordered as soon as the SB was announced, 1st the shipment was delayed so Got it a couple of days after release. 2nd when I Opened the box the SB was damaged (shipping box seemed fine, so I suspect the SB was damaged prior to shipping)…Now trying to find a local BB so I can exchange for a good copy. Will never order online again! Feeling very frustrated now…

Interesting concept, but plot needed some revision. The premise of our hero's resurrections from The Matrix is absurd. He is a programmer for a video game company. And doesn't remember events from The Matrix. Essentially, the events that occured in the previous two movies are no longer relevant No reason. Huh?

The falling green coding is iconic for Matrix, but has literally been used on a LOT of promotional material and it doesn't do much for this release. Nice to have a 4k steelbook to add to the originally trilogy collection, but the Deja Vu Cat is a way cooler design.

I dont understand the hate for this movie, they didnt set it up to be part of a new trilogy but answered some questions after the Revolutions left some ends open and un answered. I love the soundtrack and movie audio as well.

Super underrated movie. The second best of the Matrix series after Reloaded (Matrix, Reloaded, and Resurrections are all 5 star classics). Very glad it got a nice steelbook even though it bombed at the box office.

Been a fan of the Matrix series since its first movie, played the games, was hyped when this was announced. Good movie, cool kickoff point for a new generation of Matrix movies and new generation of fans to discover it.

I love the steelbook. I feel I have the movie protected at all times and the art makes it feel that much more special. And Keanu can do no wrong.

Good follow up to the first three Matrix film. Good action, and special effects. The steelbook is a simple but, sleek looking design.

The art for this steelbook is a bit too simple, BUT it thematically matches the movie, so I can give it a pass.
