The Outsiders, hailing from Amsterdam, were a key figure in the Dutch Nederbeat movement-a local interpretation of beat music inspired by the British Invasion. Though the album C. Q. initially struggled commercially, it has since gained recognition as a psychedelic and garage rock masterpiece. C.
