Q: If you move a pot, does it turn off heat to the pot, and also the pots as well?
A: No, if you move the pot the electromagnets beneath the pot are activated. The problem is the circuit boards don't last long and are very expensive to replace.

Welcome to the next generation of cooking!
Welcome to the new world of cooktops. I’ve been cooking my whole life. I’m a foodie. I thought that has was the ultimate. Maybe it was up to a couple years ago. Thai stove top is much faster with boiling water - literally in seconds. And the control over the heat is mind boggling. I’ve never seen anything like this before. I am amazed with this technology. And it’s easy to clean and looks great.

I really like this cook top. Heats fast, and you can set pans anywhere inside the white lines. So far it is working great.
