Mr.
A defective range top was installed, 2 of 5 burners did NOT worked. The I first install team did not checked all of the burners. The second team brought a new range top and they did check all the burners and they all worked.

Good cooktop, but wouldn't buy it again
We've had this cooktop for about a year. I love having gas again (we had an electric cooktop in our last house). This cooktop heats well and like having the flexibility of having 5 burners in a 30" cooktop. Cooking with this is great, but two problems. 1) Cleaning is a real pain. It's very difficult to keep clean. 2) The way Thermador does the extra low on 2 of the burners is by turning the burner on and off. The clicking on/off is annoying. Also, the larger one is somewhat finicky and sometimes difficult to find just the right setting. I won't get rid of it, but probably wouldn't buy this model again.
