I purchased a hood, open box in excellent condition. I was assured by the salesman that the item had no flaws and no missing parts and was only open box because the previous customer bought the wrong model. When my installer opened the box to instal the hood, a very large area was smashed in and the hood was extremely dented. When I went to return the product, there were three other open box excellent condition hoods available for exchange. This time I did not leave the store before inspecting the product. All three of the other open box excellent condition hoods, marked as having no damage and no missing parts, were severely dented! I was only offered store credit and was forced to buy a brand new hood from best buy for $2000 more. I am extremely disappointed and will not be buying any more best buy outlet purchases!

it is a great product, but unfortunately received damaged
