Looks modern and professional in the kitchen. Easy to clean the metal grates. Works like a charm - sucks all smoke and odors with no problem! Even terms you when you need to clean the grates. Can connect to your smart phone for full control using Bluetooth. Worth every penny.

Couldn't find an exact match of our previous model but this model does the job. However, we couldn't use the Best Buy team for the installation because our previous hood was hard-wired to our electrical and the hook-up was configured differently. Therefore, we had to have an electrician come out to disconnect our old hood, cut into the drywall to re-route the electrical hook up, and install the new hood. Not convenient but it worked. Lights are LED now instead of halogen so they're not quite as bright. There is an option for high or low, though. The control panel is oddly placed on the inside top of the hood, so now we need to bend down and over the cooktop to see the panel (see pictures). There is a wifi option to control the hood remotely using your phone, but we don't see a need for that. Overall, we are happy to have a working hood again!

Our experience with Best Buy was fantastic, and even Thermador’s support communication wasn’t bad. However, the craftsmanship of this product is quite poor. The first unit we received had a crooked shape and misaligned edges, clearly indicating a lack of quality control. We contacted Thermador support, who sent a technician that confirmed it was a manufacturing defect. The replacement took about two months to arrive. When it finally did, the installation team (a third-party contractor, not Thermador employees) broke the screws during installation and couldn’t complete the setup. They returned the next day with a fixed hood, but we soon noticed that this replacement also suffered from poor craftsmanship — rough edges, visible welding marks, stiff motion, and a metal-scratching noise. We’ve now made our peace with it, as we’re too fed up and exhausted to deal with support again.

Looks good, does the job and easy to use. We cook Indian food and surprisingly it's plenty powerful to suck all the fumes.

My wife and I love this exhaust hood. We opted to replace a Kitchen Aid pull out exhaust hood with the same style of hood but from Thermador. It is much more powerful and with a more sleek design. There are 4 vent filters which makes cleaning easier, The only thing we did not like was the 6 month lead time because it was back ordered. The installers were terrific!

Was the size we needed, looks great, super powerful, quiet and loaded wirh features!

They managed to forget a piece when they delivered the kit. So our installation went on for months and months because 1- they had ordered the wrong size vent system for this unit and 2-a piece was missing... How hard should it be to order the right size equipment and have a 'complete' set

If an average to small kitchen, a great pairing with Thermador range. With recirculating kit addition will allow you to avoid a more significant remodel.

Excellent range hood, the quality is awesome and fits very well

view. I was able to found here the best deal in town. Went to every store around the area couldn't find a better deal than best buy! Livingston and Jeff were great

Will be using it in our brand new remodeled kitchen. Workman hung it temporarily and it looked beautiful. Not installed yet but I'm sure we will enjoy it for years. Very good quality.

While not as powerful as some, great for occasional use. Fit is not obtrusive and fits seamlessly into a medium sized kitchen.

The Thermador products are really nice - exceptional quality!

I purchased a hood, open box in excellent condition. I was assured by the salesman that the item had no flaws and no missing parts and was only open box because the previous customer bought the wrong model. When my installer opened the box to instal the hood, a very large area was smashed in and the hood was extremely dented. When I went to return the product, there were three other open box excellent condition hoods available for exchange. This time I did not leave the store before inspecting the product. All three of the other open box excellent condition hoods, marked as having no damage and no missing parts, were severely dented! I was only offered store credit and was forced to buy a brand new hood from best buy for $2000 more. I am extremely disappointed and will not be buying any more best buy outlet purchases!

Has 1000 cfm.. great for eliminating odors.. sleek design.

Unless you are grilling meat, the 600 is strong enough.
