Wonderful delivery experience and appliances
We love our new Thermador double oven and dishwasher. The delivery guys Tyree and Jeremy were awesome. They had the best attitude and were so accommodating! One appliance weighed over 300 pounds. They reached our house after 6:00p.m. after working since 7:00 am yet were patient taking time to place them in our home.

Great oven!
I LOVE my new oven! Our old oven was about 20 years old and the lower oven wasn't working, so it was time. Due to the manufacturing and resources back-up, this was not a good time to do that. My local appliance shop didn't have what I needed in stock, so I did a search online and found that Best Buy actually had this oven in stock! They didn't just claim to have it in stock and later say it would take 9 months to a year to get, they actually had it "in stock." This oven is fantastic. I love the fact it has side opening doors rather than a pull down door as I can get right up to the oven and check the food as it's cooking as well as place it in and out of the oven with ease. It cooks everything evenly. It took some adjusting on times from my old oven to this but didn't take long. The only issue I had difficulty with was setting up the wifi to connect to the app. Other than that, this oven is amazing!

Great oven.
My previous wall oven was a convection Kitchenaid and I loved the oven. I absolutly love this oven as far as the way it cooks. Preheats quickly, cools quickly, and great oven racks. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the tiny display screen and how it does not show the tempature when it's preheating or when there's a temperature adjustment. The remaining cooking time display is very tiny. The timer allows you to adjust the volume but at it's highest setting, you have to be in the kitchen to hear it. It is very low. Ihave not used the rotisserie yet but a cheesecake comes out great. The next, test is to cook a cake.
