I was looking to buy a PC to replace my current PC I built 3 or 4 years ago and was hesitant on getting this based on some reviews. I did not want to source parts and take the time to build again and so I purchased this PC online and picked up at the store. Packaging was A+ and pick up was literally scan and go. Shipping to store took about a week. I got home and unpacked the box and noticed a rattle and was concerned. Packing was super tight and was a bit of a process to remove but well worth it knowing the GPU and other components wouldn't budge and get damaged. I took the top and side panels off to inspect all connections. Everything looks good. I removed the back panel and the rattle was an SDD mount, to mount an extra SSD that wasn't screwed in. They most likely didn't screw it down as an option, as it could reduce air flow and did not have any hinderance on components during shipping since it mounts in the back. I don't plan on using the mount, so I was able to just set it aside incase I want to add an additional SSD later. The PC powered right up to Win 10 and I immidiatley upgraded to Win11 when I was prompted to. Wifi and Bluetooth work great. The PC performs flawless. It came with non RGB MSI 3080 which is kind of a bummer, but everything else is as shown such as the 5800x and other RGB. I want to give 4 and a half stars. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is lazy and/or don't want to source compatible parts or if in a pinch. Performance test was included in the box and was spot on. Max temp reaches 77° Celsius. Super impressed on the thermals, considering the small size of the case. I play everything on ultra using 34" widescreen at 1440p.

This pc works wonderfully with my 65 inch Lg C9 oled. 4k ultra settings on battlefield 5 i with ray tracing i get around 70 to 80 fps. Conan exiles 4k ultra get 120 fps. Definitely better than a ps5 or xbox series x. All games ive tried fps where over 60fps in max ultra settings. But i will say yhe one negative is same as what others are saying. They dont seem like they build the pc correctly. My led lights aint working on the 2 fans and cpu cooling part. And ive tried using the software that allows to edit lef light effects. Those parts dont show up. Ive read some of the instructions that came with pc. What it seems to me is they used the wrong wiring for the fans ect for the led to work. But not 100% certain. Dont really feel like taking apart and re wiring with all the extras they provided. Just annoying spending 3 grand on a pc and they dont build correctly. Or dont work right straight out of the box. Gpu temps are good and are around 75 degrees when 100% is being used on games in ultra settings. Haven't noticed temps go higher then that.

Two things to note. I upgraded my RAM to 64gb and had geek squad install an HDD. I was hesitant to buy a pre-built PC but desperately needed a new PC for work and i couldn't be happier. It's extremely fast when booting up, i can run multiple apps at once without any lag. I also receive data from the stock market as I'm an active investor and I've yet to experience any glitches. The icing on the cake--- i can barely hear it make a noise. It's so quiet. I'm extremely happy i bought it and highly recommend it.

I have a full racing simulator connected to VR that requires a lot of power. I edit 4K videos on my powder coating group channel on Facebook. I game a lot in 4k. "This computer is insanely good that's all you need to know." Things to know: The RGB comes unplugged easy when you remove the foam from the inside the case when you're unboxing but you can see where it plugs in it's the only plug on the front of the board easy to get to with three prongs.

I did have to return my first model due to a faulty power supply. But I received my second model the other day been gaming on it hard it runs super smooth. My first model came with an evga my current model has an msi so they use quality parts. With an asus itx motherboard on both models. Thermaltake gold power supply, thermaltake 3600mhz ram and a fire cuda m.2 for the price this pc is amazing it’s small compact and my temperatures have been perfect. At 1440p I’ve never seen temps over 65c. If you are looking for a solid prebuilt that actually has good cable management this is the build for you!

Good deal for a 3080 and it’s really compact and I can always change the components if I want too

Super happy with Thermaltake 380. I agree with other reviewers saying this is a good prebuilt gaming PC. I’ve had no issues and the way they packed it for shipping was extremely carful and tight. When unboxing this PC you literally need to open the tower to withdraw the pillow package inside. I previously had bought a CyberPower and they basically sent the PC packed with duct tape and glue. Expected the RGB but didn’t get but It’s also not that big of a deal. Try building this same setup on a website and most likely you’ll be paying more.

I've had this system for less than a year and it can't multitask without overheating. Something as simple as watching a YoutTube stream on one monitor and playing a game on another causes the computer to force restart after about 15-20 minutes. I've brought it in for servcie and they've replaced the liquid cooling system, but two months later, I came back to the same issue.

Would've been a 5 star review, but I do have an issue with the 3080 in mine. While it is indeed a 3080, it's one of the worst possible 3080s you can get spec wise. Also, in all the pictures, you see a card with RGB, and since RGB is a primary focus on this PC, getting one without RGB at all kind of ruins the aesthetic. Might not be as big a deal for some people, but for me it is. PC is great as far as performance though.

Was very skeptical of buying a pre-built PC and even tho I had issues out of the box with it not running very fast and then no picture at all but turns out that the sticks of RAM wasn't pushed in all the way I don't know if it was from the way it was packaged or what but ever since that's been fixed it has been running wonderful with no issues at all

Cool looking computer but I had to return it because it ran so hot. When I called Thermaltake the employee told me he wasn't a fan of this case and that there is nothing to do to reduce the heat.

Love the pc and case style. -2 starts because the pictures show a GPU with RGB but what I got was MSI GPU with no RGB. I know they say GPU will vary, but I expected at least comparable to what was advertised on such an expensive premium PC.

Very well packed. Shipping was fast. Sadly, I have yet to set this beauty up yet. Due to life circumstances, so it is still in the box... I would imagine it works phenomenally. I will post another review when I am able to get my whole gaming and work set up organizing and functional.

PC was okay, took a crap on me. Thankfully the protection membership had me covered. Was able to get the value back and put it towards a new machine I ABSOLUTELY LOVE.
