Q: how do you set up wifi on your phone and does it cost extra
A: Hi There, the Wi-Fi is built-in into the F200 model and it doesn't have any cost. When you press the Wi-Fi button on the Dash Cam, it will give out the Wi-Fi signal, allowing you to connect with the Thinkware network on your smartphone and pairing the Dash Cam with the app.

Q: Does this camera come with the wiring harness to plug into review mirror?
A: Hi There, our Dash Cam bundles will come with the hardwiring cable and 12V cable. The hardwiring cable must be wired to the vehicle's fuse box, while the 12V cable will plug into the cigarette port. We also offer our OBD Cable, which is sold separately, and plugs into the OBD Port of your vehicle.
Q: How long will it record with a 128 card? Without overwriting? Thanks
A: Hi there! The 128GB MicroSD card on the F200PRO can record 996 mins (Front cam only) or 498 mins (Front and Rear cam).
Q: Does this support a 256gb micro SD card?
A: Hello there! The F200PRO Unit only supports up to 128GB SD cards. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
A: Hello there, If you purchase a new F200PRO Front then yes, you can use the hardwire cable and rear camera cable that is already installed in your vehicle. If you purchase a new model, you would have to replace the rear camera cable as each model has its own corresponding rear camera. The hardwire cable is compatible with all models.
A: Hello there! To answer your question: Yes, the F200PRO has the parking mode option, however, it will only work if you use a hardwire cable or OBD II power cable to activate it. Thank you!
A: The Dash Cam can be wired using our Hardwiring Kit, directly to the fuse box. We also offer a Dash Cam specific for motorcycles, which is our M1 model.
