Nice unit for the price easy to install great features. The wifi app was easy to use and the video quality was great. I also purchased the GPS antenna also easy to install. Ps if you are looking for a video screen this unit doesn't have one

I really like this dash cam. I'm not a dash cam expert, so this is an item I hope I never really have to use. It's just for insurance purposes. It's only 1080p at 30 frames per second, so it doesn't really capture license plates all that well, which I knew before purchasing. I accepted the limitations. However, the footage resolution is good enough for a "he said, she said" accident situation. The microphone audio is good too. This dash cam records in 1 minute intervals. I like that there is no screen on the camera. I prefer this more discrete dash cam on my windshield. This model includes a 16GB microSD card. And using the free app is very convenient. It takes a moment to realize how it pairs with your phone (if using iphone - need to be on wifi, but in airplane mode). Syncing and downloading the footage is really fast and easy. I didn't need a microSD adapter USB stick. I purchased an Insignia brand dash cam before this one, but it became defective within 2 days. I returned it and ultimately made the choice to get this Thinkware model. Recommend - purchased at $30 off sale = $109.99

Decent little dash cam! Hides discretely behind the rear view mirror and works as advertised. My only gripe is the fact that, since it’s corded, the cord is a bit annoying, even though it tucks nicely out of the way with the clips around the windshield, you still end up with some excess down by your feet or wherever you plug it in. For me, it’s a bit of an issue too because I have only one charger port in my car, and without a built-in usb port where it plugs in or anything like that, I end up leaving it unplugged a good portion of the time anyway so I can charge my phone or use my FM transmitter. If you have multiple ports though and don’t mind the cord, it is an effective little device.

Was a gift for my son who does some travel for his job. Was useful when he hit a deer

The camera serves its purpose. It's just frustrating to have to sit in the car with it on to view footage. The video is clear.

This dash cam is great if you ever want to protect your car, my car was broken into last year luckily I had some footage thanks to this camera and I was able to give this to the police

Good 1K dash cam. Easy to install. I like the adhesive mount as opposed to a suction cup. No interference with AM radio and clear pictures. It is not a 4K camera, so you do not get that level of detail. The cellphone app took a couple of tries to connect to the camera, just look for an instruction video on You Tube. I am glad i bought it.
