Carpet, wood, tile. Throw anything at it. It delivers. Really like the convertibility from a stick vac to hand vac. Will buy Tineco again. Eying up that floor washer next!

So far, we are not very impressed. The battery life on high was very short, maybe 15 minutes? The difference between auto and high was huge so battery life would be expected to be less. It felt as though there was at least twice the suction on high. The carpet head is way to light. It bounces horribly as you pull it backwards towards you leaving that chatter mark in the carpet. And you can hear cracking sounds from the vacuum as you push and pull it around the house. It feels very cheap. Attachments are very easy to swap and it does not feel to heavy in my hand. The trigger lock is an excellent feature, although holding the trigger for long periods of time is not terrible. The trigger is just stiff enough to feel sturdy, yet useful. It does a pretty good job on high and even on low for animal hair. It did the stairs very well and we do like the small furniture roller head. And it is much quieter than any other vacuum we have ever had. I can actually talk on the phone while vacuuming! The LED headlights are not high enough on the head to be very useful. I picked the head up while I was vacuuming and clearly see a huge difference telling me if the LED's were higher, it would be drastically better. So, it does get some things right, but falls short in others. Maybe I was expecting too much. A vacuum at this price used to mean high quality.

This is a replacement for the first one. I'm still not 100% sold on it. It's lite weight and easy to use, but nit really good suction. Battery life is pretty good, could be better.

It has been a year since I first purchased this item and have had time to use it extensively. Out of the box, it's great: good power, accessories are great, and it's compact. However, the attachment points to the hatch that opens to empty the dirt/dust is attached by two flimsy knobs of plastic, one of which broke around the 6 month mark. It is not a high-end product, but for casual use around the house, it is worth having. A higher rating would've been given if not for the plastic hatch thing and that the battery capacity is not what it use to be over a year of light use.

Was looking for a light cordless vacuum. Wanted something to vacuum my stairs and any other place my robot vac didn’t touch. This fit the checklist. Lightweight, came with a lot of accessories, and quiet. Decent suction. Like others have said, not strong suction. I use it to vacuum my stairs, furniture, hvac grills, and any other odd ends. Like the auto hold so you don’t have to hold down the trigger button. Battery last long enough to get my vacuuming done (haven’t time or tested the actual usage). Con: must be in the cradle to charge.

Works best on max mode (obviously) but if you use it on max mode only, you’ll only get about 10- 15 minutes out of it. If I could change anything, it’d be a replacement battery or a longer battery life. If your deep cleaning, you’ll probably be using max mode a lot and you’ll have to charge frequently. But it charges quickly, seems like it takes less than 4 hours to fully charge. If you have mostly hardwood flooring, you’ll need to get the soft roller brush. The normal brush that it comes with, is great on carpet tho! It is actually super quiet. The debris detector/sensor will get covered with dust and you have to clean it off. All in all, I love this vacuum. Nothing is more convenient than a cordless vacuum, and this one actually works.

This deserves a 5-star review..! So much power, fantastic attachments, lightweight, fun/useful cleaning light, feels well-made, quiet. I've been waiting to encounter a quality product like this for a reasonable price. Coming from a guy.. I can't wait to vacuum!

We love this vacuum. Had a dyson before but this one is lighter and quieter. Better priced too.

Awesome machine for the price I paid. Got this during the Black Friday sale and used BB points so this was only like $70 for me. It weights next to nothing which means my kiddo can use it too. Love all the attachments and extra filter. One star off because you have to utilize the "boost" setting for it to really suction and perform well.

My biggest problem with it is hair getting tangled, I have to remove hair using the hair remover tool after every use. Suction isn't the greatest, it picked up about 80% of stuff on carpet, hard floor about 70%. After charging lasted 20 mins. For $200+ vaccum I expected it to do alot more, just dissatisfied at this point, it is difficult to put back in that box it came in so will use till it dies.

Closed on a home in Florida two days ago and have been cleaning ever since. This vacuum has worked fabulously on tile floor, window sills, baths and bedrooms. It has great suction and we have yet to run down the battery. The caddy is now mounted in the garage adjacent to the door to the kitchen which makes it super convenient. The caddy holds the tools that we use frequently. The vacuum comes with a second head for use on carpeting . . . once we add rugs, we’ll give it a whirl. Great performance during its first 48 hours.

Love this stick vac! The suction is extremely powerful, it's lightweight and easy to maneuver. Has really nice features including lights that illuminate the cleaning path and a soft brush for hardwood floors. Highly recommend.

Great vacuum. I always relied on Dyson, but their batteries are short-lived. I researched a lot about this vacuum and heard good things, including a great price for its abilities. Battery life is long, great suction, and "aware" of dirtier/messier areas and works harder, the several heads it comes with work great. I will never buy another Dyson. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT :)

Great vacuum. Sucks up even the toughest dirt and it’s great because you can use the app to check up on the battery because the vacuum itself doesn’t tell you the battery life. The attachments which come with the vacuum are also great.

All I can say is WOW. After owning Dyson for the last several years, I got frustrated with them when my battery died after 3 years and it was going to cost almost as much as this entire system JUST to replace the battery in it. Doing some Consumer Reports research led me to this brand, and purchased this on a one-day sale. It cleans better, is of higher quality, has more features, and was half that of a comparable new Dyson. Tineco, I am a believer!

Difficult to use the switch. Battery life very short. Does not have enough power to pick up basic dirt. Don’t buy this. My daughter has the power hero and hers is just as bad.

An early Christmas present to myself and I should of ordered this a long time ago. It’s so light weight and really gets the dirt up

Just ok...you have to clean the filter REALLY often for it to keep suction strong. The battery lasts long enough to vacuum the carpet in my 700 square foot space.
