A: Dear Customer, Pure One X Tango enjoys 80w of suction power and the run time can be up to 70 minutes, while Pure One S11 Tango enjoys 130w of suction power with 40 minutes run time. Besides full-size LED multi-tasker power brush, Pure One S11 Tango has a full-size LED soft-roller power brush. Also, Pure One X Tango has in-built battery while Pure One S11 Tango's battery is detachable.
Q: Does this model charge with just the adaptor cord or does it have to be wall mounted? Thank you.
A: The PURE ONE X Tango charges on the wall mount included. If you choose not to mount it, the vacuum will still need to be placed in the charging mount to charge.

Q: Is this one used on carpets / rugs ?
A: Yes this vacuum comes with separate attachments. There are several which can be used for carpet, hard floors, and even corner spaces.
Q: If you can’t remove the battery how do you replace it?
A: Dear Customer, The battery of Pure One X Tango is non-removable. If the battery fails, you will need to replace a new motor. Q: Does the roller get tangled up easily with long hair/
A: Yes it does. I usually clean/pull out the hairs every 2 uses so that it doesn’t build up because that’s what ruined my last vacuum.
