Later, he came to America and, by chance, formed an alliance with the extraterrestrial war criminal Krang from another dimension. They plotted to conquer Earth and even the universe, with Krang providing alien technology and a hiding placemdashthe Technodromemdashwhile Shredder was responsible for providing manpower. After that, he abandoned the Foot Clan ninjas and began using robotic Foot Soldiers, manufactured with alien technology and dressed in the same attire, to carry out his operations, while he focused on implementing his invasion plans.
